& what I'm saying is it took time. Whether we needed to have a massive upheaval is now irrelevant because it's happened and we will suffer the consequences for a while...hopefully for longer term success. What's the alternative? Because if Farke was to go, then Webber would need to also. Because Webber won't change his ethos, he'll never let a McCarthy or Warnock type near the place.
