I think there most definitely is a right way with regards to system and players

It's no good pushing a system you havnt got the players for it just doesn't work
The coach should be able to look at what he's got and make a system fit the raw materials, it's basically what won Ranieri and Leicester the league, get the ball forward quickly to vardy turn the defence and let him run at them, no real point in playing him in a possession based team as his best asset is wasted and the way he scored his goals.
So should we be implementing this way of playing without the raw materials of a sufficient quality to make it work or just tweak what we had improve the defence and build from the back?
