Work in progress but times have changed due mainly to a 'want it now' mentality in society people won't wait 3 seasons anymore rightly or wrongly. 10 games in we could have 8-10 points and be 16-17 adfift worst case then it's bloody hard getting back. All too easy to end up like Ipswich 10 seasons in nowadays.
