it's not gonig to be easy this year

i follow nottm forest closely, that past 7-8 seasons they have had a big turnover with players and it's still not payed off.

we need some luck. this season has been the biggest turnover with regards players in a long long time. there are so many variables i think it can't be called. a new manager, a new CB paring, a totally new midfield. and a new philosophy and way of playing.

i am just happy something has changed. but we needed it. atm it looks promising. i like the idea we have kept the 4-5 senior players to help the new guys bed them in. i like the fact we have signed proper players rather than loan a lot which we could have done. i think its exciting its a new team, a new manager and an alround new philosophy with regards the entire club and how it is run.

there are lots of positives to take from now. personally, i dont hold out too much on this season. i think it will take 2 yrs at least. we have seen the change already. we must stick to the change, and we must believe in the change.
