Cheese and ham toastie
2/3 of the teams way through EPIC* bike ride up to and around Exmoor (from Taunton).
Shortly going to the local pub for dinner.
* I would strongly advise rothers NOT to ride up Porlock Hill or Dunkery Beacon, unless you like suffering a lot. Or are Nairo Quintana, Chris Froome or similar.
Car drivers in the South West are incredibly friendly and respectful to cyclists though. Enormously different to their equivalents in Essex. Or pretty much anywhere else I've ever ridden.
