At that price point a lot of the components aren't the best but you can upgrade as and when they wear out. The Canyon stands out though as it's got a 105 groupset (I think best value) and okay wheels.
The Boardman looks the best value of that list because of the carbon frame, but as they say, the spec is compromised - although see above! Just be careful getting it from Halfords. They're not all bad but I've heard a few complaints about bikes not being set up correctly.
Dandy's Croix de Fer is a decent choice. Solid & reliable - it's a popular choice amongst the old geezers in my club for a winter bike.
A lot depends on what you want it for - something racy, something for long ride, something for urban use. So many categories of road bike nowadays.
