Why do Norwich seem to struggle to sign full-backs who can tackle?

Has tackling has become less important for full-backs or perhaps there are fewer around these days who can do it well?

It isn't just tackling 'though, it's their ability to read the game to be in the right position.

I like it that the new central defenders do actually put in some blocks defending but the weakest point seems to be the full-backs. Norwich don't even have many options for those positions.

Norwich finished last season a long way outside of the auto-promotion positions and I doubt Norwich can be serious contenders for the title unless they have full-backs that are a lot better than last season.
