I don't think he was trolling but then I don't get wound up by Essex

My rule tends to be if posters are a bit irritating but basically harmless and not posting personal or offensive things, the they're really easy to ignore (e.g. The Gelman! - usually).

I think the trolls are the posters who go out to deliberately post something nasty. Yesterday I suspect the meanest post on here went unnoticed as I'm guessing most people aren't that fussed by game of thrones but this poster knowingly set out to spoil the plot of the show for anyone who hadn't seen it. Check out his posting history for what I would call a proper troll.

I would not have called Essex a 'dickhead' for posting a lovely vid about Madders and I stand by what I said - you two should just ignore each other!
