I have optimism that we have a clear direction and a pleasing style

But I'm not particularly optimistic about this season, which we'll probably start with about 16 fit players. I can't imagine Farke and Webber are happy about that.

But if we continue to strengthen a bit with astute buys, I'm happy about the way were going.
