That's probably correct
but I seem to remember they have strange rules at junctions, different to ours. I might be wrong though. The footage, as you say, doesn't support a car that has gone through lights which have just turned green, as he seems to by flying along.
Perhaps he was approaching the red light from a distance away and it turned green on approach. Who knows.
