i think based on past punishments for similar deliberate crashing into another car

i can't recall where i read that in recent coverage of the Baku incident - but that's what would happen/has happened in GP2 etc.

Hamilton might not have suffered damage from the incident - but it's the deliberate crashing that is being punished
