I would firstly...
install Advanced System Care and run that;
Back up everything you don't want to lose onto an external drive.
Blue screen very rarely ends well... and on a cheap PC its likely the CPU or HD are low cost and therefore more likely to fail.
Within a year though it should still be in warrently. So Id take it back to PC world... good luck with that. PC World are collectively the absolute s**ttiest company out there.
