Any IT folk about?

My laptop keeps blue-screening - once a day seems to be the norm at the moment - and I don't really know why; it isn't a case that it does it at the same time or when I'm trying to do a particular task, it seems pretty random.

It did get some water damage from the rain a few weeks ago, however bar a few keys on the keyboard it is still working fine. It is less than 1yr old and doesn't have much on it so would have thought it should work fine still (FWIW it did blue screen occasionally before the water damage, not at this frequency though).

I guess it must be pretty low-spec as it only cost me c.£300 from PC World and I wouldn't spend lots of £££s on a repair, just wondering if there is any reason why it might be blue-screening and whether I can do anything about it?

Thanks in advance
