I went to Genoa for 2 days about 16 years ago

Pro's
Amazing little piazzas and streets
Nice ladies
Nice food
Better nightlife than Turin or Milan imho
The coastal road route is f**king ace to drive along at 6am or 6pm, blasting Dusty's Son of a Preacher Man in your rented auto.

Cons
Driving into Genoa is not for the faint hearted, its Beppe's point. Scooters aots. And you will get a parking ticket(s), its inevitable, especially if you park beside a fountain in the piazza right outside your hotel. We disregarded ours and there was no comeback.
