tbf they don't need specialists, they just need people who can do the basics

filling in forms, making calls, finding answers

eg we had a customer's spouse call us a few weeks ago. In her 30s, 3 kids, stay at home mum, the customer was the bread winner and sole account holder. Dropped dead of a heart attack. All she had was the cash in her purse and the food in her fridge.

Now legally she is not permitted to access the family bank account until probate obtained etc etc.

Now if everyone reading takes a moment to imagine the ramifications of that....*

These people need someone with half a brain who can resolve those little problems.

(*now go talk to your bank and sort out how you make sure your dependants aren't left in the same position)
