You know what, I haven't really found anywhere that great in recent years. Maybe

St. Giles House Hotel but that was under the previous owners. The other ones I've been to the last years have often had really nice ambience / surroundings but not the food has been generally meh, as I believe the yoof and middle aged men desperately trying to sound cool tend to say.
