I think it's a good point

but I'd link it to a wider problem which is that we don't seem to have many decent English coaches working at any level. Hodgson took a lot of flack for the last tournament, but the truth is that he was working with a load of dogs**t. The much-vaunted and heavily-funded academy system doesnt actually seem to produce decent players. I presume that some of that must be laid at the door of the coaches. Do the coaching badges that the pros all go for actually give them the skills required to bring young players on?
I have no idea why there don't seem to be any decent English managers.
Another question that I'd ask is "Where are all the black managers?"
