Lovely feeling isn't it? Weightless legs that move of their own accord.

Can sometimes play tricks with the mind though and if you stare at them too long wondering how they're doing it all on auto-pilot then you risk buggering over arse over tip. This hasn't happened yet but I've thought the thoughts and had the fear. Curious, enjoyable fear, that is.

I'm actually concerned about my ability to do my first post-half run in the morning at Catton parkrun. Just walking to and from Carrow Road will pose enough difficulties as it is. With the benefit of foresight we probably would'nt've booked 'seats' on the back row of the Snakepit, as standing for 90 might be an uncomfortable challenge. Doubt I'll make the bench for final vets game next weekend either at this rate (still swollen and heavily bruised)... :(
