Thank you Ricky for everything you did for the club

Based on not very much I do think this was an overdue move. Something clearly needed to change and freshening up the coaching was clearly part of that. However I've no doubt you've done your utmost while at the club - thank you for all your efforts.

I hope you're successful wherever you end up, unless it's that s**tty little hole at the wrong end of the A140, in which case I hope you fail miserably. But you won't go there, so here's wishing you plenty of success in your next gig.
