Ok, I've sat in this morning waiting a delivery from Harvey's.
A new sofa, we have had emails etc saying the sofa will be delivered on the 11th between 7 and 1pm but nothing has turned up.
My wife has called them and they've basically booked us in for delivery but someone has f**ked up and they have no idea where the sofa is. They have said they will contact us with 3 days and the sofa might not be here within 2 weeks.
What are my options now?
