If the board are serious about success then they do simply have to go and spend the bucks on getting the best for the budget. One more year of parachute payments really does put the pressure on.

I think the Neil experience has proven doing it on the cheap doesn't really work.

Perhaps we could have a little more investment from our majority owners to make that happen .. then maybe .. perhaps not.
