TBF how my Mum made pizza was amazing.........

cook some finely chopped onion, garlic, tomato puree, mushrooms, and herbs in a frying pan. It should be quite thick in consistency. Spread that on some slabs of real bread with some grated mozzarella on top. Shove it in the oven until the cheese has melted. Take it out and grind some black pepper on top. It's right up there with the very best pizzas.
