Yes, if Ricky Martin is given the role the reaction will not be good
The reference the other day in an article or interview (can't recall which one) to "promoting the good people already at the club" was a bit of a worry since the general consensus seems to be that we have recently been poor at pretty much every element of the "Director of Football" roles described in that article with the possible exception of having signed 3 or 4 promising 18-21 year olds in the last 2 years.
