Basically he is "only partially happy" in Norwich, seems prepared to go back to Basel, and
although the price we paid for him means they expect the asking price to be a "handicap", Giallanza suggests that they might be able to sort out a deal if both parties were able to come to a sensible arrangement.
It also suggests that should such a deal be agreed, Timmmmmmmm would have to take a significant pay cut too.
