Any weather, football can be played.
Good location

The offices, media rooms etc are portacabins. Looks like a school in the middle of a revamp.
The main building is quite cramped and very 1993
The players have nothing to do too. Have a small conserveratory with a table tennis table. And when you're spending 5-7 hours there a day. (Training. Learning. Recovering. Meeting. Socialising) it's quite dated and claustrophobic.

Doesn't have stuff like swimming pool or a sauna or decent gym or physio area.
