Yes - had it for nearly 3 years
Originally started in one ear (high pitched tone) and then started in the other ear about a week later and that was 3 years ago and has never stopped once during that time.
Had tests at the hospital and Dr's to check its nothing sinister and was told would have to learn to live it. Gets me down occasionally but have learnt to try and ignore it.
I think mine was caused by withdrawal from sleeping pills
