If he's rubbish then sack him and save a bit more let frances macsaveloy take over for a bit.
If he's s**te give him the bullet and put rick e martino in as the gaffer.
If he's s**te get russ L martin in as player coach.
If he's s**te get rob butler and selwyn in.
String that lot out for a couple of years and the debt should be largely paid off.
Failing that put all the remaining parachute money on us getting relegated and then with the 400 million or so that brings in start the rebuild properly.
