I feel he hasn't really proved anything more than Neil did.

He had a great season with Brentford of course but really hasn't pulled up trees since he left. I mean don't get wrong, he hasn't been useless by any means but I think there's a lot of hype around him and not so much to back it up with. I just don't think he's the answer to our problems. Too similar to Alex Neil for me.
