Robin Sainty is well known by the board and so he would either email them a formal letter outlining fans concerns as a doc and slip thevoriginal in the post, or just use snail mail. Probably asked for a face to face meeting too. Would seem sensible to me. What the vehicle/media used isnt really important in the grand scheme of things.
