sure sign of a manager who doesn't really have a long term plan or knows what he's doing. If Ruddy's the better keeper, then an error (even a big one) shouldn't change that. If in Neil's opinion he's not the better keeper, then McGovern should never have been dropped.
Changing keepers like that after an error, is a sure way to ruin the confidence of both.
