It could be that you need a fit
but could also be that you just need to improve your core strength. Do you do anything to work on that (eg plank, squats etc)?
I used to get lower back pain after much more than 3 hours in the saddle. Got in the habit of doing a bit of core work daily - now I start to feel it after 5+ hours riding, rather than 3.
In general, improving your core strength is the 'other thing' coaches / manuals advise for lower back pain, along with checking your bike fits you OK. (Tbh, I'm a bit sceptical that people really need a full bike fit, unless they're doing a *lot* of riding. You can get enough online as to how your bike should roughly fit you, I think, without spending the extra hundreds of pounds for small tweaks.
That said, I have had a fit myself. So this is me being a bit hyprocritical really.)
