It depends
If it's just "Saint" on it's own, then like "sang", but don't pronounce the g - but it's that nasal kind of sound you want.
If it's followed by word starting with a vowel, like St Etienne, you pronounce the "t". Buf if there's a consonant, you don't.
So St Etienne = sangtetteyenne. But St Sulpice = sangsoolpeace.
