That's all you can really expect. Very very few team selections by anyone qualify as 'inspired'.
But at the end of the day the game will mainly be determined by how well the players actually play. They're capable of playing well enough to win and badly enough to lose. And that would be true whoever was picked. Let's hope it's the former.
