Used to a bit. Run + kettlebells much better than £ on a gym, imo.
Couple of things - get a book or DVD or something (or actually, go to a kettlebells class at a gym) to learn technique, because swinging round heavy s**t if you don't know what you're doing is an A+ way to f**k yourself up very badly.
And don't get bells that are too heavy for you. You probably want some that are a bit lighter than you think you probably need. You can always trade-up for heavier ones later.
