I'm giving Neil a bit of leeway for last night because

he basically had no replacement to freshen up the central midfield but I said last night that I felt at Cardiff we dropped off second half and it could have cost us and I feel last night we did the same. I would love to be a fly on the wall in that dressing room at half time to hear what gets said to the players as I can't decide if this flows from instructions from the coaching staff or is just the players natural inclination but our defence is not good enough for us to sit off and successfully defend one goal leads on a regular basis. We are much better when on the front foot and I think should have gone out second half to kill that game off.

I also think their substitution changed the game and we failed to respond to it until they had scored two goals and the damage had been done.
