Most people, including me. It's going to be quite an issue.
I've bought diesel cars for the last 11 years (I've had three) because I try to be eco-friendly when possible and they use a lot less fuel. On a good day I get over 70mpg and normally it's between 55 and 70. I never drive in the city, I walk. To facilitate a change to electric will mean a complete upheaval in pricing of the cars and availability of charging points, and development in battery storage so that long journeys can be driven.
