My thinking...not that it's worth much

I fully expect he'll be found guilty in a watered down judgement meaning he gets a fine and slap on the wrists.

But..... I'd love a REALLY good lawyer to be on his side. Cause as said kodi isn't illegal, android isn't illegal. You could argue he has placed software on to enable access to illegal content.

But all they really do is curate links to illegal content.....you know what does that....websites. So would he be charged if it had favourites already saved on a web browser?

Also, it might be software now, but thinking back, we all know why double VCRs came about don't we. They weren't illegal.

It's surely the end user who remains the person doing the illegal act

**shuts down his kodi and changes Internet provider **
