proper runners and nothing else but a Borat-style lime green mankini.

I can't run in cotton t-shirts (despite cotton being the best fabric for avoiding the nippley-chafeage) because I am too much a big sweaty bastard. I fill a cotton topbwith sweat within the first hundred yards, and then it's like a anchor pulling me back.

I usually wear a Nodge shirt (Third-Kit Appreciation Society) but I've joined a proper running club now, so I'll probably be in my Striders vest this year.
