We have ever had. He has overseen the squad make up over 4 transfer windows and it's completely unbalanced. The squad is massively under performing and results (mainly against bottom teams) in early season masked some rank average performances.

I think you judge a team on how they perform away from home in this league. I have seen us 6 times away from home this season and to be honest Brum, Brighton, Rotherham & QPR (bar last ten minutes) you would have thought the AWOL.

Yes I hope he turns it around (as its a nice feeling to win games isn't it) but writing has been on the wall for months. If you partially blame the players and think a squad overhaul would help is he the man to oversee that change? For me his transfer record would suggest absolutely not.
