So this based solely on my prejudice but

Given he was a talented lad, the fact he's played his entire career at an exceedingly average championship club speaks volumes for me. If he had any drive and gumption he'd have improved himself and generally busted a gut to get into the prem and or to play for a bigger club. No doubt on very big money for the champs, and generally happy to coast along in a small pond spending more time worrying about his stupid bloody Barnet than grafting his way up.

All this based on no knowledge of him at all. Perhaps I'm completely wrong and he's a diamond.
