IMHO. The squad has been assembled with no real thought to the whole. Just bought players who he like the look of. Lambert (sorry) always got in players who fitted his profile for characteristics and gave him options to whatever style of team he wanted to put out. And we had leaders. This side has no leaders out there. No way a Lambert side would have got beaten by that Rotherham side. Would have matched their effort and then out played them.
