My sister had one over Christmas, didn't really bother her,

she was just quite annoyed at having to wear one in general.

She's one of the healthiest people I know, never smoked, hardly drinks, plays squash and hockey, walks miles on the beach every day, and had a minor stroke aged 49. Screwed up her months holiday in Australia to boot.
