The funny thing for me…

Is that I actually didn’t think the price was *that* ridiculous and I thought they had reached that figure through careful consideration of what was reasonable (albeit upper end) under the circumstances.

This statement, however, is a total cave-in and makes them look like bloody amateurs. They didn’t really think it through, they didn’t really give a s**t and now they’re grovelling because of all the empty seats.

I’m happy to still argue the toss about the merits of retaining Alex Neil (well, a little anyway) – but the club’s PR at the moment is unquestionably and monumentally s**t.
