I've got no problem with it at all
I don't like bloodsports - killing for fun (cf foxhunting) - but hunting for food is fine with me, as long as it's done sustainably/in the right seasons and so on. It's not something I've ever done but I have no issue with it (unlike foxhunting which I have very big issues with - yes foxes are undeniably vermin, however pretty they can look, but hunting with hounds is absolutely nothing to do with vermin control).
I do eat meat; I can understand why those who don't would have a problem.
