Just realised the last time Ipswich were champions or runners up in anything was
in the 1991-2 season. No wonder they are bitter!
If you include playoffs (which are not really finishing first or second in anything), they were winners in 2000 while we have one win and one runner up in the meantime.
Since 1982 their honours list is:
1991-2: Division Two champions
(2000: Division One playoff winners)
Ours is:
1985: League Cup winners
1985-6: Division Two champions
(2002: Division One Playoff runners-up)
2003-4: Division One champions
2009-10: League One champions
2010-11: League Championship runners-up
(2015: League Championship playoff winners)
