I don't think she's bloody minded in her support for the managers, nor is she just ignoring the fan base beca6se she wants her way. She is probably genuinely trying to strike the right balance and not be a knee jerk reactionary - just probably over cautious in the process.

Plus for all we know he is a lame duck and they are lining up a replacement as we speak.
