Feel that it could be for the greater good IF a lose were to result in a change in management because I really believe this team could go on a sustained run if we change manager and get the right man in.

Otherwise I fear we will keep limping on with the odd win, the odd no-show, increased disillusionment and Neil wasting a load more cash in January.
