I'm in the minority on this....

But I don't think the issue is the quality of our personnel. It's the complete lack of organisation.

We've had defences containing far worse defenders that have done much better at keeping goals out.

It's not just the defence, it's the whole team.

If anything, I would say that as a whole, we're quite well resourced in defence, much better than centre midfield or upfront. Not as well as the hole between midfield and forwards though, of course!
