perhaps Adams deserves more credit for the promotion then
probably took Neil a few months to firmly drill his organisational ideas into the team and shape the squad how he wanted.
Neil came in and woke a few people up with his shouting and stick over carrot approach. But I don't think he's ever been that impressive tactically.
