Here's an idea
Found the same with sky so cancelled. My local sky fitter then sorted me out with a new account in my better halves name (different surname as not married) and different bank details.
Have now got full sky package (normally £80) for £35 pm for 12 months on 12 month contract.
In a year I will cancel hers and rejoin as me and get similar deal. Easy.
